Would we be a good fit?

Here are some quick answers to frequently asked questions.

Q: HOW MUCH DO SERVICES COST?

My approach is to offer my clients everything they need and nothing that they don't - and it's not surprising that each client needs something a little different.  We work to tailor our services to best support each unique brand and we respect the range of client experience (i.e. larger multi-location groups vs. tiny locally owned brands).

Most clients plan to invest anywhere between $1,000 - $5,000 per month.  Though we believe there is no one-size-fits-all price, and we're happy to chat about how we could best work to make an impact within your budget! 

Q: DO YOU OFFER PR SERVICES?

Short answer:  No.

Long answer: I focus on the in-house marketing tasks that refine how your brand presents to customers.  However, with certain levels of partnership, should you receive a press-related question or outreach, I'm more than happy to help field those inquiries and navigate the best options for your brand.  But, we do not typically engage in PR efforts such as press-releases, media pitches, or managing influencer campaigns.  If you're looking for PR support, I'm happy to help connect you with some of the best local PR options and, in some cases, can help manage that relationship as well.

Q: WHY SHOULD WE OUTSOURCE MARKETING?

Q: What do you look for in a client?

First, working with me is less like "outsourcing" and more like adding a new member of your team.  Nobody knows your brand better than you.  I start every partnership by learning about your brand goals and ensure I have a full understanding of where you are and where you're going.  From there, I'll combine this new knowledge with my years of industry-specific experience helping dozens of restaurants of all sizes to create a fluid strategy - bringing you along for every step of the ride.

Marketing, at it's core, is time consuming and requires a flex of the 'creativity' muscle - which not everyone has.  We strive to free up your time and bring the muscle to the table so you can focus on your operations.

However, like any good relationship - we need your trust.  We choose to work with clients who bring us to the table for our experience, knowledge, creativity, and hospitality and trust us to take on your projects with passion and integrity.  In other words, just let us do our thing!

We typically work with clients in the Food & Beverage and Hospitality industry.  This includes restaurants, bars, food brands, beverage brands, hotels and some travel brands.
